Policies
Reservation Policy
A 20% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Remainder of payment is due 14 days before arrival.
Check in After 4:00 pm / Check out 11:00 am
Cleaning Fee
There is a $75 cleaning fee applied for each stay.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
Cancellations occurring less than 14 days before arrive will not be refunded including the deposit. However if the cottage is able to be rented following this cancellations a refund will be issued.
Pet Policy
We are pet friendly as we know guests love to be able to travel with their pets. Pets must be leashed when outside. Pets must be crated when left inside alone for extended periods. Contact hosts for additional options if crating is not possible.

Smoking Policy
There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any tobacco or cannabis products inside. No illicit drugs permitted on property.
Smoking and vaping is permitted on covered deck and outside.
